Quality Manager- Ellabell, GA:
Act as the guarantor of product quality.
Perform risk analyses in the field of quality and implement appropriate measures.
Define, monitor, and manage the quality sector roadmap (short, medium, and long term).
Implement and follow up on strategic actions arising from the Bain Matrix.
Manage various improvement projects in the operational quality area.
Continuously optimize quality performance in terms of productivity, quality, occupational safety, and environmental aspects in the operational field.
Develop cross-functional collaboration with the Methods, Machining, Machining Control, Surface Treatment, Assembly, E&O, SCM, and Future Life departments.
Ensure the completion of prototypes (cost, schedule, quality) within the operational sector.
Guarantee product cost alignment by monitoring quality process performance against the initial offer (perform post-calculation with the Cost Calculation Manager).
Prepare required reporting documents for the direct supervisor.
Ensure technological watch related to operational quality and company performance.
Validate and ensure that manufacturing resources meet customer quality requirements.
Quality and Metrology
Make quality, product, and process decisions based on internal and external criteria with the support of the line manager.
Reduce non-quality costs across all manufacturing areas in collaboration with sector managers.
Manage and coordinate actions related to internal nonconformities.
Conduct internal audits in the operational field (Products / Manufacturing Processes).
Act as the manager for customer and internal complaints, ensuring their reduction.
Define and monitor operational KPIs.
Maintain, develop, and ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures.
Define, organize, and enforce the method for handling internal nonconformities in direct departments (QRQC, PNC).
Define and prioritize metrology projects and actions according to needs and requirements.
Define the qualification and calibration strategy for the company's measuring equipment.
Ensure and define the necessary training for mastering inspection activities within the company, in coordination with sector managers.
Logistics
Ensure deadlines for the quality sector are met.
Report on corrective actions related to meeting quality sector deadlines in collaboration with SCM.
Define/participate in outsourced inspection activities
Finance
Propose the annual investment budget to develop and maintain inspection resources and equipment.
Optimize the general operating costs of the activity sector (consumables, resources).
Human Resources
Lead, manage, and evaluate the team while ensuring role flexibility in key positions.
Define objectives for each direct report and validate their improvement projects. Take necessary measures in case of deviations or failure to meet objectives.
Ensure job versatility and safeguard long-term know-how.
Future Life
Provide feedback on inspection resources for the sector and overall production for new products (experience feedback) and identify needs.
Guarantee the technical feasibility of Future Life projects moving into Serial Life (Post-calculation → costs, schedules, methods, and rates).
Responsibilities

Ensure implementation and application of processes according to applicable standards.
Meet customer requirements regarding product technical specifications.
Respect allocated budgets.
Support management in achieving cost price and related cost control objectives.
Ensure achievement of objectives set by management and for department staff.
Report progress and alert the supervisor to any malfunctions or non-compliant activities.
Contribute to maintaining and developing team spirit and a positive work environment.
Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the company’s positive image externally.
