Inside Sales Manager – connector and cable assemblies – Orange County, CA
The Inside Sales Manager is directly responsible for training, directing, and developing inside sales representatives and customer service team members.
• Lead, manage, and develop the Inside Sales and Customer Service team.
• Serve as the go-to authority for customer engagement—owning all aspects of customer communication.
• Collaborate closely with Outside Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, and Sales Support
• Coach, train, and mentor the inside sales force to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Establish and track performance metrics (KPIs)
• Maintain and grow a personal book of business while fulfilling leadership responsibilities
• Drive contract execution and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment between customer requirements,
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and annual department budgets
• Manage sales forecasts and pipeline performance
• Ensure compliance with all internal quality standards, customer expectations, and government regulations
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
• BA/BS or equivalent
• Five years of experience in selling electro-mechanical components, preferably with connectors.
US Citizens or Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders).
TRAVEL
Approximately 5-10% of travel is expected.
