Regional Sales Manager to work out of a home office in the Northwest Region (remote)
A leading manufacturer of Mil-Aero Connectors and Mil-Aero cable assemblies is seeking a remote Regional Sales Manager. ( Key account Boeing )
Direct sales activities to Boeing, Blue Origin, and aviation/space accounts
Collaborate with business unit leadership to foster engagement in the region, ensuring effective promotion of the entire portfolio of Military and Aerospace interconnect products.
• Periodically present regional activity and performance to upper management
• Interface with team members to enhance their effectiveness for key programs
• Expand their pipeline of opportunities and develop strategies to secure new business.
• Proactively pursue product training and periodic factory visits to ensure knowledge of product offerings and capabilities of each of the products for the Military and Aerospace Operations business units.
• Expand key relationships with customer management within the region.
• Manage a 12-month forecast and design pipeline
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or business
• Direct field sales experience or marketing/program experience
• Territory Travel is required
• Employee must live in the Northwestern US region and be a U.S. Person
