Design Engineer - remote

You can work from anywhere in the U.S.
• Prepares designs and specifications.
• Assists in the generation of layouts.
• Interfaces with other departments for the manufacturing and testing of samples.
• Interfaces with customers and vendors to ensure conformance to customer specifications.
• Possess a working knowledge of PTC Creo and Windchill.
• Ability to make drawings for production and customers.
• Coordinate the manufacturing of customer prototypes.
• Perform the functions required to process estimate requests and marketing product requests.
• Review customer documents for compliance with internal documents and if necessary prepare new designs to conform to these documents.
• Keep supervision informed of the status of all activities on a periodic basis.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 5 years experience in Design or Design Engineering required
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Creo is preferred
• US Citizen / permanent resident required
