Program Engineer – Mesa AZ – Cable Mil-aero
We are seeking a Program Engineer for the RF and microwave interconnect assemblies, cables, and connector designs. Based in Mesa AZ.
Qualified candidates for this position will provide support to customers, both internal and external with key account program management activities. The Program Engineer will be responsible for all project deliverables, including technical and engineering aspects of their assigned projects.
Responsibilities
• Customer-facing experience and knowledge of basic sales aspects.
• Leadership and Management of Functions/People
• Organization and Prioritization
• Tactical, Operational, and Strategic Communication – Internally and Externally. This includes coordinating with Sales and Customer Service, Engineering, Operations and Quality teams.
• Operational Understanding (TMS and Customer)
• Conduct and facilitate regular customer meetings – traveling to customer sites as needed.
Requirements
• Experience with RF interconnect products, coaxial cable &/or related products preferred.
• BS in Engineering or similar technical discipline or equivalent experience in RF assemblies
• Commercial business experience a plus.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Electro-Mechanical Design/Manufacturing environment desired.
